Payment Policies and Procedure
We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Checks and Money Orders are also accepted.
Please allow 10 days once checks or money orders are recieved, before order is processed.
Purchase Orders, Tax Exemptions and Discounts are available from churches, government, non-profit organizations, schools and universities. Please

Shipping Policies and Procedure
Most orders will ship within 24 hrs. We make every attempt to ship orders received before 3:30 EST same day.
We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.
Shipping Costs
All Shipping Rates are based on UPS Real Time price quotes.
Free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $125.00. All other order will ship UPS ground for $6.95 flat rate. 2nd day, Next Day Air and Saturday delivery options are available at a additional charge.
C.O.D. Shipping is also available. Please be aware the ship time may be delayed 1-2 business days.
All shipping addresses must be a physical address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Return Policies and Procedure
All Returns must be received in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at 1-614-771-5923 or

Unopened items will have a 15% restocking fee. Opened products may only be returned after contacting us for approval and will have a 25% restocking fee. Items that have been marked on, cut, or are in a non-saleable condition may not be returned. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for all return packages.
Restocking fee may be waived if placing a new order of equal or great value.
Products that have been used may only be exchanged per manufacturer warranty. All cables have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Electronic devices have specific warranty periods.
Please be aware that we are not responsible if our cables do not meet any specific building requirements for your project. Please check the building codes before ordering your cables. We are also not responsible for any damage to your equipment, property, or well being due to misuse of our products or if they are used in any way other than intended.
